Our Purpose

Fletcher First Baptist Church exists for the purpose of carrying out the great commission, which our Lord Jesus proclaimed in Matthew 28.18-20:

“All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

Mission Statement

To glorify Christ through worship, discipleship, evangelism and fellowship
To grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus
To preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ
To promote missions and outreach ministries
To pattern our ministries by the Word of God
To proclaim ‘Jesus Saves’ to the lost and dying world
